Day 36 – Cape of Good Hope

I spent the day catching up on reading and assignments. The waves are getting really, really bad because we are crossing the area where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet. “The Voice” advised us to put everything in drawers or secure it down tightly.

Fun fact of the day: According to the SA’s National Financial Times, 5 of the 10 bestselling novels in Japan last year were written on cell phones.

Highs and Lows
My “high” was finding strategically placed barf bags around the ship for seasick students who can’t it back to their cabins. My “low” was realizing I will be stuck at sea for 11 days.
